About Vectorwatt

A solution provider, not a trader

Vectorwatt is a single-source industrial electrical partner: engineering, procurement, supply, installation, testing and commissioning, maintenance and support — held together as one scope with one owner.

Why we work this way

Vectorwatt exists because industrial electrical scope is usually bought in fragments. The consultant writes a specification, a trader quotes the cheapest equivalent, a contractor installs it, and a fourth party is called when something fails at commissioning. Every handover is a place for the specification to drift.

We take the whole chain as one accountable scope. Engineers review the requirement before it is priced, sourcing is run against the reviewed specification, and the same team stays with the equipment through installation, testing, energisation and its maintenance life.

That approach suits organisations where an electrical failure stops production, delays a milestone or triggers a penalty — plants, EPC contractors, utilities and infrastructure developers.

How we operate

Six principles that decide how the work is done

These are operating rules rather than values statements. Each one changes something concrete about how a requirement is handled.

  • 01

    Engineer before quoting

Ratings, duty, standards, ambient conditions and site constraints are checked against the requirement first. Clarifications are raised up front rather than discovered during inspection.

  • 02

    Compare on record

Offers are presented as a technical and commercial comparison with deviations stated explicitly, so the decision is made on evidence rather than on a single price line.

  • 03

    One accountable scope

Supply, installation, testing and support sit with one party. Where a gap appears between equipment and site, it is resolved inside the scope instead of between suppliers.

  • 04

    Document everything

Drawings, test certificates, torque records and as-built documentation are treated as deliverables, not afterthoughts — because inspection, audit and future maintenance depend on them.

  • 05

Plan for the whole asset life

Spares strategy, maintenance intervals and replacement routes are discussed at purchase, so a breakdown five years later is not the first time anyone thinks about availability.

  • 06

    Say what is not known

Where a rating is unverified, a lead time is uncertain or a substitute is not an exact equivalent, it is stated. Certainty that is not real is not useful to an engineer.

What one scope buys you

Nobody to point at when it does not fit

When the equipment, the engineering and the execution sit with one supplier, a mismatch between the drawing and the site stops being a dispute and becomes a task. That is the whole argument for buying it this way.

The engagement

What working with us looks like

From the first message to the maintenance visit three years later, the process is the same six stages.

  1. 01

    Requirement Intake

Share a BOQ, tender document, drawing, nameplate photograph or a plain description. Incomplete information is fine — we work with what you have.

  2. 02

    Engineering Review

Our engineers check ratings, duty, standards and site constraints, and come back with clarifications before anything is priced.

  3. 03

    Sourcing & Vendor Comparison

We raise enquiries with relevant OEMs and manufacturers, then compare offers technically and commercially — including compliant alternatives.

  4. 04

    Commercial Quote

You receive a structured quotation with scope, make options, deviations, delivery schedule and terms clearly stated.

  5. 05

    Manufacturing, Inspection & Delivery

Order follow-up, inspection or test witnessing where required, then packing, freight and staged delivery to site.

  6. 06

    Installation, Commissioning & Support

Erection, testing, energisation and handover — followed by maintenance, spares and emergency support through the asset's life.

Transparency

What we do not claim

An engineering supplier is only as useful as the accuracy of what it tells you. These are the limits on the claims made across this site.

  • We source equipment from leading OEMs and manufacturers. We do not describe ourselves as an authorised distributor or partner of any brand unless a specific authorisation is in place and documented.

  • Project examples on this site are illustrative samples that show how our scope is typically structured. They are not client references and do not represent named customers.

  • Ratings, ranges and turnaround figures describe the scope we work within. They are indicative and are confirmed against your specification before any commitment is made.

  • Registered office located in Motera, Ahmedabad, serving industrial clients and infrastructure projects nationwide.

The fastest way to evaluate us is to send a requirement

Give us a live specification or BOQ. The quality of the clarifications you get back will tell you more than any capability statement.

Quotations typically issued within 24–72 working hours of a complete requirement.
