How Vectorwatt handles information submitted through this website, including requirement enquiries, quotation requests and uploaded documents.

01Information we collect

Information you provide directly when submitting a requirement or contacting us: company name, contact person, business email, telephone number, project location, and the technical and commercial content of your enquiry — including any BOQ, specification, drawing or tender document you attach.

02How the information is used

Enquiry information is used to review your requirement, raise clarifications, prepare quotations, coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers where necessary, and provide the supply, installation and support services you ask for. Technical documents are shared with vendors only to the extent needed to obtain an offer against your requirement.

03Retention

Enquiry records and associated documents are retained for as long as needed to service the enquiry and to meet contractual, warranty, accounting and statutory obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

04Disclosure

Information is not sold. It is disclosed only to manufacturers, suppliers, logistics providers, service partners and professional advisers engaged for your requirement, or where disclosure is required by law.

05Security

Access to enquiry information is limited to personnel who need it to service the enquiry. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; where a document is commercially sensitive, tell us and we will agree a handling arrangement before it is shared with any third party.

06Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted, and you may withdraw a pending enquiry at any time by contacting us using the details on the contact page.
