Services

Everything between the specification and the asset's last service

Equipment supply is one line in a longer chain. These are the service lines around it — each one available on its own, or bundled into a single accountable scope.

  • Engineering & Technical Review

Specification review, sizing checks, drawing coordination and technical deviation sheets so what gets purchased matches what the design intends.

  • Procurement & Vendor Comparison

Multi-vendor enquiry, technical and commercial comparison and negotiation support, presented as a decision-ready recommendation.

  • Supply & Logistics

Order management, inspection coordination, packing, freight, insurance and staged site deliveries against your construction sequence.

  • Installation & Erection

Mechanical installation, alignment, interconnection, cabling, termination and earthing executed by supervised electrical crews.

  • Testing & Commissioning

Pre-commissioning checks, insulation and HV testing, relay coordination, loop checks and energisation with documented results.

  • Preventive Maintenance & AMC

Scheduled inspection, thermography, oil testing, breaker servicing and reporting under fixed-scope maintenance contracts.

  • Emergency Support & Replacement

Breakdown response, fault localisation, expedited spares and temporary arrangements to restore supply quickly.

  • Retrofit, Upgrade & Life Extension

Switchgear retrofits, protection modernisation and capacity upgrades planned around available shutdown windows.

Field execution

Supervised crews, documented results

Installation, testing and commissioning are carried out by electrical crews working to a written method statement, with insulation, ratio and functional test results recorded as the work proceeds rather than reconstructed afterwards.

How Vectorwatt works

Six stages from requirement to commissioned asset

Each stage produces something reviewable. Nothing moves forward on an assumption that has not been written down.

  1. 01

    Requirement Intake

Share a BOQ, tender document, drawing, nameplate photograph or a plain description. Incomplete information is fine — we work with what you have.

  2. 02

    Engineering Review

Our engineers check ratings, duty, standards and site constraints, and come back with clarifications before anything is priced.

  3. 03

    Sourcing & Vendor Comparison

We raise enquiries with relevant OEMs and manufacturers, then compare offers technically and commercially — including compliant alternatives.

  4. 04

    Commercial Quote

You receive a structured quotation with scope, make options, deviations, delivery schedule and terms clearly stated.

  5. 05

    Manufacturing, Inspection & Delivery

Order follow-up, inspection or test witnessing where required, then packing, freight and staged delivery to site.

  6. 06

    Installation, Commissioning & Support

Erection, testing, energisation and handover — followed by maintenance, spares and emergency support through the asset's life.

Response commitments

What you can plan around

Turnaround figures are indicative and depend on the completeness of the requirement. Where a package needs longer, we say so with a date rather than letting it drift.

Acknowledged
Same working day
Every requirement is acknowledged with a named point of contact.
Clarifications raised
Before pricing
Gaps in the specification are surfaced early, not after an order is placed.
Quotation issued
24–72 working hours
For a complete requirement. Complex packages are given a stated date.
Breakdown response
Defined per contract
Response commitments are written into AMC and support agreements.

Need a service scope rather than equipment?

Testing campaigns, maintenance contracts, retrofit planning and breakdown support can be quoted independently of any supply. Describe the asset and the outcome you need.

Quotations typically issued within 24–72 working hours of a complete requirement.
