Enquiries are acknowledged the same working day. Quotations typically issued within 24–72 working hours of a complete requirement. Where a package needs longer, we tell you the date rather than leaving it open.
Breakdown or site emergency
If supply is down or an asset has failed, call rather than email — a message in an inbox will not be treated as urgent. Have the nameplate details or a photograph ready; it is usually enough to begin identifying a replacement.

- The equipment or system involved, with ratings if you have them
- Where the site is, and whether the asset is running
- Whether this is a new requirement, a replacement or a breakdown
- The date you need it by, and any shutdown window that constrains it
- Anything already decided — approved makes, a consultant's specification, a tender reference
