Terms of Use
The terms on which this website and the information published on it are made available.
Template text pending legal review. This page sets out the intended position in plain language so it can be reviewed and adapted. It has not been settled by legal counsel and should be replaced with reviewed wording before the site is treated as published.
01Purpose of this website
This website describes the equipment categories, solutions and services Vectorwatt offers. It is intended for business users — engineering, procurement, maintenance and project teams — and is provided for general information.
02No offer or quotation
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, quotation, price commitment or availability confirmation. Ratings, ranges, configurations and turnaround times describe the scope we work within and are indicative. A binding position arises only from a written quotation issued against your specification and accepted in writing.
03Technical information
Technical descriptions, resources and guidance published here are general in nature and do not replace project-specific engineering, a design review by a qualified engineer, or the applicable standards and statutory requirements for your installation.
04Submissions
You are responsible for ensuring that documents you submit — including BOQs, specifications, drawings and tender documents — may lawfully be shared with us, and that submitting them does not breach an obligation of confidentiality you owe to another party.
05Third-party names
Manufacturer and brand names, where referenced, are the property of their respective owners. Reference to a manufacturer does not imply authorised distributorship, partnership, endorsement or any association unless expressly stated in writing.
06Changes
Content on this website may be changed, corrected or withdrawn at any time without notice. The version published at the time you view it supersedes earlier versions.
