Solutions

Coordinated packages, not disconnected purchase orders

A solution is a scope with one owner. Instead of buying a transformer here, a panel there and installation from a third party, the equipment, the engineering and the execution are specified together — so the interfaces are somebody's responsibility.

  • Substation switching apparatus and support structures
    01

    Substation Packages

Equipment packages for new and augmented substations — transformers, switchgear, protection, earthing and auxiliaries engineered as one coordinated scope instead of disconnected purchase orders.

    • Layout and SLD review
    • Coordinated BOQ engineering
    • Erection and pre-commissioning
    • Utility charging support
  • Control gear and terminal blocks inside a distribution panel
    02

    Plant Electrification

End-to-end electrical scope for new lines, expansions and greenfield plants: distribution, motor control, cabling, earthing, lighting and control integration.

    • Load list to BOQ conversion
    • Panel and MCC engineering
    • Cabling and containment
    • Loop checks and handover
  • Linesmen working from an elevated platform on a distribution line
    03

    Power Distribution Upgrades

Capacity and reliability upgrades for ageing distribution — transformer replacement, switchgear retrofit, busduct extension and protection modernisation with minimum shutdown time.

    • Condition assessment
    • Outage-window planning
    • Phased changeover
    • As-built documentation
  • Machine rotor being refurbished on a workshop floor
    04

    Motor & Drive Solutions

Motor, starter and drive packages evaluated on duty and energy cost, with harmonic mitigation and control integration handled as part of the same scope.

    • Duty and energy evaluation
    • Harmonic study support
    • Panel integration
    • Commissioning trials
  • Illuminated server racks in a temperature-controlled hall
    05

    Power Quality & Reliability

Measurement-led improvement of power factor, harmonics, voltage stability and backup autonomy so that production losses and penalty charges are addressed at the cause.

    • Site measurement campaign
    • Corrective equipment sizing
    • Installation and tuning
    • Post-implementation verification
  • Wind turbines on a ridge at sunset
    06

    Renewable & Evacuation Interface

Balance-of-plant electrical equipment for solar, wind and hybrid installations, from inverter-duty transformers and collector cabling to pooling substation apparatus.

    • Evacuation scheme review
    • Inverter-duty equipment
    • Collector cabling and jointing
    • Testing and metering
  • Protective devices being tested during a maintenance visit
    07

    Maintenance & AMC Programmes

Structured preventive maintenance, testing and annual maintenance contracts covering switchgear, transformers, drives, UPS and protection systems.

    • Asset register and schedule
    • Periodic testing and reporting
    • Spares buffer planning
    • Defined response commitments
  • Breaker being inspected during an emergency changeover
    08

    Emergency Replacement & Breakdown

Fast-track sourcing and fitment for failed equipment, including equivalent substitutes and temporary arrangements while the permanent asset is manufactured.

    • Rapid technical identification
    • Expedited procurement
    • Temporary hire options
    • Site fitment supervision

How a solution is delivered

The same six stages, whatever the package

Predictability matters more than speed on an industrial programme. Each stage produces something you can review before the next one starts.

  1. 01

    Requirement Intake

Share a BOQ, tender document, drawing, nameplate photograph or a plain description. Incomplete information is fine — we work with what you have.

  2. 02

    Engineering Review

Our engineers check ratings, duty, standards and site constraints, and come back with clarifications before anything is priced.

  3. 03

    Sourcing & Vendor Comparison

We raise enquiries with relevant OEMs and manufacturers, then compare offers technically and commercially — including compliant alternatives.

  4. 04

    Commercial Quote

You receive a structured quotation with scope, make options, deviations, delivery schedule and terms clearly stated.

  5. 05

    Manufacturing, Inspection & Delivery

Order follow-up, inspection or test witnessing where required, then packing, freight and staged delivery to site.

  6. 06

    Installation, Commissioning & Support

Erection, testing, energisation and handover — followed by maintenance, spares and emergency support through the asset's life.

Scope boundaries

What sits inside a solution, and what does not

Stating the boundary up front prevents the gap that usually appears between the equipment supplier and the site.

Inside our scope

  • Specification and drawing review against the requirement
  • Multi-vendor enquiry, comparison and recommendation
  • Equipment supply with inspection and test documentation
  • Logistics, staged delivery and site unloading coordination
  • Erection, interconnection, cabling and earthing
  • Pre-commissioning testing, energisation and handover records
  • Maintenance, spares planning and breakdown response

Coordinated, not owned

  • Civil works, foundations and building structure
  • Statutory approvals held in your name
  • Utility agreements, sanctioned load and tariff negotiation
  • Process design and mechanical scope beyond the electrical interface
  • Consultant-of-record design certification where one is appointed

We coordinate with the parties responsible for these items and align our deliverables to their programme, but they remain outside the supply scope unless specifically agreed in the quotation.

Describe the project, not just the equipment list

Tell us the outcome you need — a substation energised, a line electrified, a distribution system upgraded inside two shutdown windows. We will define the equipment and the execution scope around it.

Quotations typically issued within 24–72 working hours of a complete requirement.
